01Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of capitalmetriclabs.in and the intraday call service provided by Capital Metric Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up, subscribing, or joining our WhatsApp group, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

02Nature of our service

Capital Metric Labs shares intraday trading call information — including sample entry levels, targets, and stop-losses — over WhatsApp, along with an end-of-day recap explaining the reasoning behind each call.

This information is shared for educational and informational purposes. It is general in nature and does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk appetite. It should not be treated as personalised investment advice, and we do not manage your funds, place trades on your behalf, or have any access to your trading or demat account.

All trading decisions, and the execution of any trade, remain entirely your own responsibility.

03Eligibility

Our service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and permitted to trade in Indian securities markets under applicable law.

04Subscription and payment

Subscription plans, pricing, and inclusions are as listed on our website from time to time and are subject to change with notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment.

05Risk disclosure

Please read carefully

Trading and investing in securities markets — including equities, futures, and options — carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. 06Your responsibilities

  • You will not share, resell, or redistribute our calls or recaps outside your own use
  • You will provide accurate contact information so we can deliver the service to you

07Intellectual property

All content on this website and shared through our service — including text, graphics, the Capital Metric Labs name and logo, and the format of our calls and recaps — is our property or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Capital Metric Labs and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, information shared through our service. Our service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, timeliness, or outcome.

09Termination

You may stop using our service and leave our WhatsApp group at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Capital Metric Labs harmless from any claim, loss, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

11Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
